Making a booking
- I don't know how to see the seat numbers.
- For reserved seats to be seated in a hall or a stadium, the seat numbers are shown in the purchase confirmation screen.
- Can I choose my seat?
- No. You can't choose your seat. The best available seat will be automatically selected for you.
- What are charges?
- The following fees are charged besides the ticket price;

└It's a handling charge for special sale. Prices differ by performance.
- Please explain about the type of seats. (Reserved seat/Non-reserved seat)
- Reserved seat = You can watch the performance sitting on a seat.
Non-reserved seat = (1) You enter the standing room in the venue in order of reference number in live concerts, etc.
(2) You can freely enter the venue with no sequential order and choose your seat on the day.
- How about the security on purchase process? Can I securely purchase the ticket?
- This website adopts SSL (Secure Socket Layer) communication to the personal information such as credit card information input by customers when your data is transmitted to us and communicates the information by encoding the data.
Please be assured that your important personal information will not be stolen,
even if the data is intercepted by any outside party.

- How do I pay for my order?
- Only credit card payment is accepted.
The credit cards acceptable are VISA and MasterCard and JCB and DinersClub and AMEX.
PayPal is not acceptable.

Collecting your tickets
- What's "Will Call"?
- You can pick up your ticket at the venue on the day of the performance.
Regarding the starting time and venue to pick up the ticket, please refer to the purchase completion screen and e-mail.
- How can I pick up my ticket?
- It depends on performance. Please check it at the time of purchase.
- How can I pick up my ticket at Seven-Eleven?
- You can receive your ticket only for some performances at Seven-Eleven in Japan 24 hours after purchase.
For details how to pick up the ticket, please refer to the purchase completion screen and e-mail.
- Can the tickets be delivered?
- We're sorry we can't ship the tickets.
- For picking up the tickets at the venue, where is the box office located?
- Please ask the staff of the place about the exact location, whether it locates inside or outside of the venue, etc. on the day.
Refund
- Can I cancel my ticket?
- Please note that, as in the terms of service, we do not accept any ticket cancellation due to customer's convenience.
- How can I get a refund in case the performance is canceled?
- In case of refund for the cancellation of the performance due to weather, etc., a cancellation email will be separately sent from Pia to the email address registered at the time of purchase.
After booking your tickets
- How do I see my purchase history?
- Please access URL for "About Purchase history" written at the bottom of the purchase confirmation e-mail.
To browse the page, input Order Number written in the same email and your birthday input at the time of purchase.
- What do I need on the day of performance?
- It depends on performance.
Please check the announcement made at the time of purchase or the purchase completion mail.
- I've lost my credit card used at the time of purchase.
Will it affect at the time of receiving the tickets? - If you lose your credit card, an ID card with a photo may be an alternative, but the response differs by performance.
For the details, please check with the contact for each performance.
- I haven't received the purchase confirmation e-mail yet.
- The purchase confirmation e-mail is delivered from the email address: ticket-info@en.pia.co.jp.
Please check if it hasn't been sorted into a "spam" folder.
- The person purchased the ticket is unable to come to the performance.
May a substitute go to the performance in her/his place? - The response differs by performance whether a substitute may participate or not.

PIA LIVE STREAM
- Where can I check the Streaming URL?
- After purchase, you will receive the Streaming URL on the purchase history screen at 10:00am(JST), two days before the streaming date.
- I cannot log in to my purchase history.
When I try to log in, "There is no matching data" message is shown. - Please make sure that you have entered your order number and your date of birth correctly. If the problem persists, please contact us from below link.

- Can I watch a video only once?
- If an archived streaming is available after the live broadcast, you can watch it any time within the viewing period. The availability of archived streaming differs from show to show, so please check the sales page for more details.
- Can I view the archives more than once?
- You can watch the archive as many times as you like within the available period. The archive will not be available for viewing once the veiwing period is closed, even if you are in the middle of watching it. We advise you to have enough time if you choose to watch the archive close to the end of available period.
- Can I watch on multiple devices?
- Videos can only be viewed on one device (one account, one view).Video distribution cannot be played simultaneously on multiple devices and browsers.
- Can I record, or shoot the distributed video?

Photographing and recording with smartphones and digital cameras are strictly prohibited.
Once any photographing or recording act is detected, there is a possibility that the person may be reported to the police and investigation agencies as needed.
- Do I need to print tickets for video-streamed performances?
- You are not required to pick up or print your ticket.
- Can I cancel if I can't watch it on the day of the event?
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or changed.
MOALA Ticket
- What is MOALA Ticket?
- MOALA Ticket is an electronic ticket service. With this service, you can enter an event by receiving a ticket on your smartphone and authenticating on the screen. However, a smartphone and Internet connection are required to issue electronic tickets with MOALA Ticket and to enter the events.
*MOALA ticket is only available for some performances. For information on how to pick up tickets for each performance, please refer to the sales page.
- Do I need to download an application to use the service?
- You do not need to download any application to use this service.
- Please tell me how to authenticate my electronic ticket.
- The staff will authenticate your ticket on the day of the event. Please note that your ticket will be invalid if you authenticate it by yourself.
- Can I enter an event if I lose my smartphone?
- To enter an event using an electronic ticket, you must present your electronic ticket. Therefore, if you lose your smartphone or the battery runs out, you may not be able to enter the event.
- What is the recommended environment?
- OS: iOS 11.0 or higher, Android 5.0 or higher

- Please tell me how to get electronic tickets.
- Click "Ticket URL (Smartphone only)" displayed on the purchase history screen. Then the electronic ticket page is displayed.
※ If you are using a PC, access the URL on your smartphone.
※ If you want to check more than one ticket, you can swipe a ticket horizontally to check the next one.
※ If "The ticket URL is currently under construction. Please wait." is displayed, click "Ticket URL (Smartphone only)" displayed on the purchase history screen as soon as you receive an e-mail that says "Information on Ticket URL - Order number”. This allows you to receive an electronic ticket.
If the URL to receive the ticket is not displayed 3 days before the event, please call the contact of each event.
- Please tell me how to enter an event.
- Please display the electronic ticket page on your smartphone and show it to the staff at the entrance.
You cannot enter just by showing the screenshot of the ticket.
For a smooth entry, we recommend that you receive your ticket before the event and bookmark the electronic ticket page.
